1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies referenced in them, including our Privacy Policy, Pricing, Shipping, Returns & Credits, Billing & Subscriptions, Disclaimer, and Community Guidelines, each of which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and sign-in access and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership, orders, and payment

Memberships and supplement subscriptions renew and are billed as described in our Billing & Subscriptions policy, at the prices set out in our Pricing policy. By placing an order or starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly. Shipping is governed by our Shipping policy, and all sales are subject to our Returns & Credits policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Services.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Misuse the community in violation of our Community Guidelines.

6. User content and community

You retain ownership of content you submit to the community, but you grant Optimeno a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to share it. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including our brand, content, designs, and software, are owned by Optimeno or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services.

8. Health disclaimer

Optimeno is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice. The Services are for general wellness and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical care. Please review our Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimeno and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optimeno from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Optimeno Corp is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the updated date above, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, and you may stop using the Services and cancel at any time.
