Last updated June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Optimeno Corp (“Optimeno,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit optimeno.com, create an account, use the Optimeno application, or purchase our products and membership (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, information generated as you use the Services, and information from third parties you choose to connect. The amount and type of information we collect depends on how you interact with Optimeno.

The categories of information we collect include the following:

  • Account information, such as your first name, email address, and the credentials used to access your account.
  • Health and wellness information you choose to log, including symptoms, mood, sleep, menstrual and menopause-related details, routine, and notes.
  • Connected device information, where you link a wearable (such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, or Samsung), including metrics like sleep stages, heart rate, heart-rate variability, activity, and temperature.
  • Transaction information, including the products and membership you purchase and your shipping address. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Usage and technical information, such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and log data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, and to provide the personalized experience that is central to Optimeno. This includes building and adjusting your routine, interpreting your trends, generating insights and reports, and delivering reminders and notifications you have enabled.

We also use your information to process orders, memberships, and subscriptions; to communicate with you as described in our Email and SMS policies; to provide customer support; to detect, prevent, and address fraud and security issues; and to comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We may use aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you, for research and to improve our products.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health information with advertisers. We disclose information only in the limited circumstances described below.

We share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email and SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics, and who are contractually obligated to protect it and use it only for those functions. We may disclose information when required by law or to respond to lawful requests, to protect the rights, safety, and property of Optimeno and others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information under this Policy. We share health information only at your direction or where required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, operate the cart and checkout, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in and checkout from working. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, in which case we retain only what is necessary and for only as long as required.

6. Data security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these rights directly from your account, or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

You may also opt out of marketing email and SMS at any time, disconnect any wearable device, and manage cookies in your browser.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.

9. International users

Optimeno is operated in the United States and we currently serve customers in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
