Returns & Credits

This Returns & Credits policy explains our approach to returns, refunds, and credits. Please read it carefully and order thoughtfully, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. All sales are final

Because our supplements are consumable health products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds on opened or unopened supplements. This policy allows us to guarantee the safety and integrity of every product we ship.

2. Courtesy store credit

If you are not satisfied with an order, you may request a one-time courtesy store credit of up to a maximum of 10% of that order’s value. This courtesy credit is the maximum remedy we provide in lieu of returns or refunds.

To request a courtesy credit, email hello@optimeno.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. Approved credit is applied to your account and may be used toward a future purchase.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if we shipped the wrong product, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you. This is separate from, and not limited by, the courtesy-credit provision above.

4. Avoiding future charges

Returns and credits do not cancel a subscription. To prevent a future shipment and charge, cancel your subscription before its next renewal date from your account. Cancellation stops upcoming orders but does not refund an order that has already been placed. See our Billing & Subscriptions policy.
