2. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If an item arrives damaged or defective in transit, email hello@optimeno.com with your order number and we will dispatch a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
3. Managing Upcoming Orders
To prevent a future auto-delivery, you can pause, adjust delivery cadence, or cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal from your account.
