SMS / Text Messaging Policy

This policy describes the Optimeno text-messaging program and your choices. By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
1. Program description
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Optimeno may send you text messages related to your account and orders. These may include one-time sign-in codes, order and shipping updates, billing notices, and reminders you have enabled.
2. Consent
We send text messages only with your consent. Providing your number and opting in constitutes that consent. Your consent to receive marketing or promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
3. Message frequency and cost
The number of messages you receive depends on your activity and the settings you choose. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan; Optimeno is not responsible for those charges.
4. Opting out and getting help
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. You may also manage notification preferences in your account. After you opt out, we may send a single confirmation message.
5. Carrier liability and privacy
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We handle your mobile number in accordance with our Privacy Policy and do not sell it.
