This Shipping policy explains how and where we ship orders and what to expect after you place an order.

1. Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. Supplement subscriptions ship automatically on your monthly billing cycle.

2. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If we expand to additional regions, we will update this policy accordingly.

3. Order processing and delivery

Orders are typically processed within one to two business days. Once your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are generally two to six business days after shipment. These windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are unable to reroute a package once it has shipped and cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

5. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking indicates a problem, your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@optimeno.com. We will work with the carrier and, in the case of damaged or incorrect items, replace them in accordance with our Returns & Credits policy.
