This Pricing policy explains what OptiMeno costs and how charges are determined. All prices are shown in United States dollars, and the price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged for that order.
1. Membership
OptiMeno offers a single membership at $20 per month. It is the only plan; there are no tiers. The membership unlocks the OptiMeno application — daily tracking, connected devices, the routine that adjusts as you change, and the member community — and it also qualifies you for member pricing on formulas. The membership is billed monthly and renews automatically until you cancel, as described in our Billing and Subscriptions policy.
2. Bundles and Subscriptions
The Menopause Trio ($139 per month) is our flagship starter system, providing Daytime, Hot Flash, and Nighttime sublingual formulas with built-in bundle savings. Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days and include free US shipping.
3. Supplement pricing
Single formula refills are $59 per unit. Bundles and subscriptions have savings built directly into their price, and the exact price of every product and bundle is shown clearly on its page and at checkout.
4. Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction, and is added to your order total.
5. Price changes
We may change our prices from time to time. Any change to the price of a product applies to orders placed after the change takes effect. If we change the price of an active subscription, we will provide advance notice so that you may decide whether to continue before the new price applies.
6. Promotions
We may occasionally offer promotional pricing or discounts. The terms of any promotion are presented with the offer, apply only for the stated period, and may not be combined with other offers unless we say otherwise.
