This Billing & Subscriptions policy explains how recurring charges work for the Optimeno membership and supplement subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. What is billed on a recurring basis
Two types of charges may recur monthly: the $39 per month membership, and any supplement subscriptions you add to your account. Each item renews automatically on its own monthly billing date until you cancel it.
2. Authorization for recurring charges
When you start a membership or a supplement subscription, you authorize Optimeno to charge your designated payment method automatically on each renewal date, at the then-current price plus applicable tax, until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. You agree to keep your payment and contact information current.
3. Managing your subscriptions
You can manage everything from your account, including updating your payment method, changing quantities, skipping a shipment, pausing, or canceling. Changes generally take effect on your next billing date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account — there are no cancellation fees and no need to call. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not provide a refund for the current billing period or for an order that has already been placed; please see our Returns & Credits policy.
5. Failed payments
If a payment is declined, we may attempt to charge your payment method again and will notify you. Access to the application and to member pricing may be paused until the outstanding amount is successfully charged.
6. Changes to subscription pricing
If we change the price of an active subscription, we will give you advance notice before the new price takes effect so that you can choose whether to continue.
