How to Take It

Follow each bottle's directions. Bottle sizes and daily servings differ.

Shake well. Adults take 2 mL (40 drops) once daily, preferably in the morning, directly or mixed into a beverage.

Diet Drops Ultra

Adults take 1 mL (20 drops) three times daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Energy and Cognition

Shake well. Take 1 mL (30 drops) daily.
